stupid work flow

a work flow made by me...
ok this is the basic 1 draw front and left view
2 import the picture to your 3d program 2 time (one in the front view another in the left view)
2.1 draw with lines and dots the shape that is in the pics that u imported(in both views
2.5 make faces or triangles to fill the empty spaces
3(opitional) give materials to the created object
4(opitional) give texture to the created object

evryone know how to do this (lol) only the new guys need this kind of help, anyway I posted...
